When Can I see a Licensed Midwife?

For Pre-Conception, Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum for you & your baby.

We follow the same appointment schedule in pregnancy as a typical OB/GYN. We can preform the same labs (in house, no need to go to a lab). For postpartum care we see you for at least 3 visits to ensure you are adjusting well to parenthood.

Where can I give birth?

Where do YOU want to give birth? We are currently accepting home birth clients, although we have some privileges at a few local birth centers. Contact us today to see what works best for you!

Do you accept Insurance?

Currently we are transitioning away from being in-network providers. While we feel deeply that midwifery care should be attainable for all this decision allows us to dedicate more time with the families we are serving. We are out-of-network providers and offer some discounts for returning and late to care clients. Along with Medicaid, Military & First Responder discounts.

Is Midwifery Care Safe?

Studies show midwifery care is just as safe, if not safer than OB Care for low risk women. With longer appointment times than typical OB’s midwives are able to develop a more trusting intimate relationship with their clients. If something is outside of the normal it is easily picked up on. Body autonomy, informed consent and shared decision making is apart of our standard of care.
